𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 is a director based in Los Angeles, originally from Springfield, MO. During her final months in the midwest, she wrote 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺.

𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 is an experimental, coming-of-age drama following the life and thoughts of Kasey (20), who is overburdened by the beautiful scenes she sees while driving around Springfield, MO. Not vast landscapes, rolling hills or valleys of flourishing wildlife. Not sandy beaches paired with perfect blue skies and crashing waves either, but instead, Kasey is met with the beautiful, in-between moments of everyday life.𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 is a self-portrait painted through a series of character vignettes. It is about learning to love where you’re from and figuring out who you will become. It deals with themes of femininity, derealization, and finding independence.
